Seminar on "The Control of Bionic Hand Based Electromyography" by Mr. Ali ALRamadhan
  • Building 22 Room 121

  • Dec. 11, 2022 - Dec. 11, 2022

  • 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.

Abstract:

This presentation will be a literature review about bionic hand control based on surface electromyography sEMG sensors to predict hand movements. As pattern recognition(PR) is the most control method applied in the literature to detect user intentions for hand movements, hence more focus will on pattern recognition where the available hardware and software tools will be discussed besides their challenges. To propose bionic hand prototype in future work that will be based on open-source tools such as 3D printed model designed by Inmoov and BioPatRec platform developed through Matlab.
